Samoa Constitution:
The country was allowed by the
US Secretary of the Interior namely, Fred Andrew Seaton to draft their own
Constitution for their Governmental functioning, the constitution of American
Samoa was ratified in the year 1966 and it was brought into force in the year
1967. Notably, the original constitution was adopted by the Constitutional
convention.
