A British
overseas territory in the Caribbean, Anguilla is one of the most northerly of
the Leeward Islands in the Lesser Antilles. Anguilla’s laws are the combination
of the very old and the very news rules, there can be seen number of extremely
modern statutes dealing with the company, banking, insolvency, trust,
insurance, etc., as Anguilla’s is budding offshore financial centre. Moreover,
this country highly based upon the English statutes when the matters of laws

Constitution for Anguilla:
Anguilla is politically dependent for parliamentary
representative democracy, where the government’s head is a Chief minister and
there is a multi- party system. But actually the country is being most
northerly of the Leeward Islands in Lesser Antilles, it is internally self governing
overseas territory of the United Kingdom. Thus, its Constitution is ‘Anguilla
Constitutional Order of 1982, which was
