The Republic of Armenia or Armenia is a
Sovereign state in the South Caucasus region of Eurasia, but its territory
constitutes only one- tenth of the historical Armenia. The country is having
unitary, multi- party, democratic nation- state with an ancient cultural
heritage. In the year 1990, the country had declared its independence and
become the first non- Baltic republic to secede from the Soviet Union. In the
year 1991, the independence of the Armenia was officially recognized as Soviet

In the year 1995, the Constitution of
Armenia was adopted by a nationwide Armenian referendum, by which the Armenia
